2. What training is required?
One‑day training included with purchase.
3. Is it transportable?
Yes—on a standard trailer, ready to reach every job site.
4. What is the delivery time after purchase?
Typically 3‑4 weeks after order, depending on availability and configuration. Delivery is to your workshop or onsite.
5. What kind of licence is required to use SpiderLift?
No special licence is required. One day of training is included so you or your staff can operate the machine safely and in compliance.
6. Is SpiderLift compliant with industry standards?
Yes. SpiderLift meets U.S. industrial safety standards (considered more demanding than Canadian ones). Includes lifting requirements. Each unit is tested before delivery and shipped with full documentation.
7. Can the machine purchase be financed?
Yes. We work with several financial partners to offer financing options or lease‑to‑own (LTO) plans tailored to your situation.
8. What is the warranty period for SpiderLift?
SpiderLift is guaranteed 2 years on parts and labour, with extension up to 5 years available. Technical support is included for the first 6 months.
9. Can SpiderLift be used indoors?
Yes—depending on the model. SpiderLift can be used in some high‑ceiling warehouses or open‑structure indoor sites. It is primarily designed for outdoor use, but compact enough for industrial indoor applications.
10. Can I customise my machine? (colours, options)
Yes. Some customisation options are available (platform, accessories, remote control system, body colours). Just specify at order.
11. Can SpiderLift be operated by a single person?
Absolutely. A single person can position, stabilise and operate the machine unaided—reducing labour costs per job.
12. What types of job sites are most profitable with SpiderLift?
Industrial/commercial rooftop HVAC installations, heavy motor relocations, or high‑level ventilation unit replacements are the most common and profitable.
13. Can I rent my SpiderLift to other contractors?
Yes—and it’s a strategy many of our customers use to accelerate ROI. We can even help you build a small business model around that.
